Check-In & Check-Out Times
- • Check-In: 4:00 PM EST via digital smart lock code.
- • Check-Out: 10:00 AM EST promptly so our crew can prepare for incoming guests.
- • Late Check-Out: 1:00 PM checkout is available as an optional add-on during booking.
Direct Booking Cancellation Policy
100% Refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival receive a full 100% refund minus a nominal $35 merchant card processing fee.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior receive a 50% refund.
Non-refundable: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout.
Pet Rules & Dog Hospitality
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly properties. A flat $75 pet fee covers thorough post-stay cleaning. Dogs must be leashed when outside in shared neighborhoods or common areas, and must be crated if left unattended in the property.
Fire Safety & Mountain Wood Stoves
Only use seasoned hardwood provided by Aussie Man in indoor stoves and outdoor fire pits. Never leave a burning fire unattended, and ensure dampers and spark screens are securely closed when departing.
