Unit 132: large main level 450Sq ft Suite w/ microwave, (no stove), toaster, Keurig coffee maker, fridge, jacuzzi, flat screen TV, in a 4 season resort in the Canaan Valley. Close to Timberline for skiing, White Grass for cross country, & Canaan Valley Resort. Good access to hiking, biking, Dolly Sods, fly fishing, SUP waters, white water. Minutes to Davis & Thomas, w/ microbreweries, restaurants, antique & bric-a-brac shops, artists galleries, Purple Fiddle (live music), farm to store shops

Black Bear Resort is a four season resort in the Canaan Valley with a pool, tennis, volleyball, mini-golf.
A car is necessary, AWD or 4WD in winter.

This place truly felt like a home away from home. My stay was peaceful and quite restful. The beds were comfortable, the amenities plentiful. Our host were quite responsive to any and every thing we may have needed with super recommendations for shopping, eating and day activities. I look forward to returning and staying again with Aussie Man Rentals. In me, they’ve definitely found a North Carolinian that will gladly return to West Virginia yearly. The area, Canaan is so beautiful with a myriad of adventure for nature lovers and photographers or even waterfall chasers. I had a wonderful time. This place comes highly recommended, you will not regret your stay.

I absolutely enjoyed Cameron’s place. It was lovely, quite peaceful. Bonus points if you’re there at the end of the summer. Cameron recommended so much for my Partner and I to do in the area. We were only there for a few nights but those nights were restful, relaxing and sleep filled. There’s something so nostalgic about Cameron’s place, while the accommodation has updated appliances, TVs and so on, it still feels like a carefree weekend in the late 80s or 90s and one that you’re excited to get to! (This coming from a Millennial) I look forward to staying with Cameron again, his accommodations have easily become my favorite. I can’t wait to return this Autumn.

Room was very clean and accommodating. The water pressure was a little low but we have no complaints. I would highly recommend!

Short weekend for wedding. Check in smooth and easy. Located close to Davis and Thomas. Comfortable sleeping, WiFi up and down (personal cell roaming better), great views, hot water a little slow, feel secure, check out easy. Overall a very nice place to stay. Would do again.
