Very private retreat in the middle of McLean, VA, 10 min, one traffic light Georgetown, K St, 5 min 495, 20 min to IAD Dulles, 15 DCA National, 5 min Tysons, 15 min Old Town Alexandria. Down a private rd near the Potomac & GW Parkway, cross a bridge & see the home, set on an acre, surrounded by around 10 acres of streamside woodlands & flood plain. Wildlife aplenty, almost rural
I will be available 24/7, and will take care of odd tasks that need regular work, such as lawn maintenance, wood for the two fireplaces etc.

“Beautiful enclave in great location”
This is the perfect location, with direct and fast access to the DCA airport and the Washington Mall. You're very centrally located, yet immersed in nature, surrounded by woods and a creek; we saw deer and even a red fox! The house is very spacious and comfortable; very well equipped, with everything you could need for your stay. It was also super clean. The only flaw is the aged deck, where the wooden boards have deteriorated, which makes the space uninviting. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the accommodation. We would definitely recommend it.

The house was the perfect place for our family of 5! It had everything we needed. It was very close to the Metro, grocery store, and DC. We enjoyed coming back to the house after exploring the city. We cooked breakfast and dinner daily and the house had everything we needed to cook. Thank you, Cameron and team!

Host replied quickly to all communication. His kids were very helpful and polite helping manage the property. House was very clean inside but overall property needs quite a bit of upkeep. Old boat and trailers in front yard, weeds everywhere and wasp/hornets nests on windows. Would not recommend using deck without closed toe shoes and supervising children. Pictures online need to be completely updated of entire house. Some suggestions: need to fix water pressure in master bath and tv connectivity. Would be helpful to have some lighting coming up dark driveway at night as garage lights inoperable. Need to update some furniture, especially mattresses.

This charming home was perfect for our stay! Check in was smooth and the house was spotless upon arrival. The additional directions provided for finding the home were helpful. Just an fyi the road is pretty narrow especially if you have a larger vehicle (suv/truck) but we managed just fine. We even got to see some wildlife in the backyard - a fox and some deer! Thank you Cameron and team!
“Beautiful quiet and spacious”
Stayed there with 4 adults and one teen. More than enough space for everyone to have their own bathroom and space. Beautiful location- less than twenty minutes to see the sites but secluded house so felt like we were able to get away from it all too.
“Relaxing retreat”
The location was perfect, I loved how quiet and secluded it felt. We enjoyed seeing some wildlife and beautiful sunsets. I was surprised by all the extra amenities provided for us, and we were appreciated all of them like paper towels, body wash, bug spray, etc. There are multiple places to congregate with friends or family. Highly recommended!

My sisters and I enjoyed this beautiful and cozy home with substantial living space for our yearly Sisters weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and our host digitally checked in frequently to assure we were comfortable. It is conveniently located to get to Jamestown and DC. We recommend!
