Recently renovated fishing cottage on the shores of St Georges Isl on the lower Potomac. Brilliant sunsets across the wider part of the Potomac (approximately 6 miles wide at that point). Firepit. Quaint and comfortable accommodation. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, all linens, towels, cooking amenities, spices, firepit, crab pots, A/C. Large dock to fish for Rockfish & crabbing. Half mile to boat ramp access to St Marys & Potomac Rivers, with the Chesapeake & Pt Lookout 8-10 miles south.

It was exactly as promised. Perfect for my 14 year old son and I to have a 2 night boys trip full of fishing and crabbing. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend their days and evenings right on the water. The sunset was incredible and we even got an awesome thunderstorm, which was fun to watch from the safety of the cabin. Definetly recommend!

My husband and I were looking for a short stay that was cozy and away from the fuss. This place was just right (and more). Clean. Well appointed. Beds comfortable. Peaceful. I had a total knee replacement a month ago so we spent a lot of time hanging out at the place - enjoying the view, breeze, and wildlife. Hope to stay again!

It’s all about where you land, right? We, and our intrepid traveling dachshunds, found a gem! Fronted by the Potomac River, across from Virginia’s Northern Neck, it is the perfect setting for sunsets and moon risings - storms blowing up with rainbow finishes. Seeing old friends and especially being able to see our families was the most important thing your fishing camp afforded us. Thanks, Cameron - we enjoyed every single moment of seeing our old haunts. We will definitely book again, hopefully for ten days next year.
